    The staff were accommodating, assisting with all my business needs, including efficient setup of presentation equipment. My room was the Winter Green Room, spacious and well-maintained.     Staff are very helpful and speak excellent English. The site seeing area of Fort Cochin is just a quick ferry ride away, which in itself is a great experience. The Hotel is very well run and the pool is wonderful, with a bar and restaurant serving many different cuisines.

    Woke up to the gentle sound of waves lapping against the shore. The staff were friendly, and the breakfast spread was good. It reminded me of home.

    The hotel's location made it tricky to get transportation without a private vehicle. Waiting for an Uber took longer than expected, especially late at night.

    The hotel is clean, the staff is best, and the room is extremely pleasant. The breakfast has rich and fantastic options with a very good egg station and fish, as example. The venue is set in an ideal location right by the middle island between the "two Kochi city centres " and Fort Kochi or Ernakulam and main attractions.     pleasant experience with slight drawbacks

    The hotel is situated on a serene island. The staff were really good, provided an upgrade to a suite room and allowing early check-in at 11 am. The rooms were spacious and maintained excellent hygiene. The garden view added to the overall tranquility of the environment.

    The pool area, while charming, could benefit from additional lounge chairs to accommodate peak times.
